1. The platform
Atache Academy provides professional education, lessons, assessments, certification workflows, peer and mentor communities, protocol-grounded AI assistance, product information, callback requests, and related ordering features. Availability may vary by location, role, program, and technical configuration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The platform is intended for adults and beauty, skincare, and professional education users. It is not directed to children under 13.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.
4. Education, dermatology, and AI
Academy and AI content is educational and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed dermatologist or physician. Ask Atache AI identifies itself as an AI assistant and is instructed to ground product and application information in official Atache professional protocols, but AI can still make mistakes.
Do not use AI output for emergencies, diagnose disease, alter medication, or proceed when there is severe inflammation, infection, a changing lesion, pregnancy-related uncertainty, an adverse reaction, or an unclear contraindication. Pause cosmetic treatment and consult an appropriately licensed professional.
5. Professional products and protocols
Some products and procedures are intended only for trained professionals. Product availability, instructions, suitability, contraindications, and professional-use restrictions must be confirmed from current authorized materials and applicable law. Do not represent yourself as certified, licensed, or authorized when you are not.
6. Sales consultations
If you request a callback, you consent to contact by the Atache sales team using the details and preferred time you submit. A callback request is not a purchase, medical consultation, or guarantee of product availability. You may withdraw contact consent by telling the representative or contacting us.
7. Programs, payments, credits, and orders
Prices, taxes, payment methods, program access, refund rules, product credits, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment terms shown at checkout apply to the relevant transaction. Product credit has no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise and may be subject to program rules disclosed before purchase. An order is accepted only when confirmed by the platform or authorized seller.
8. User content and communities
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and secure the platform. Do not upload confidential patient records, identifying health data, unlawful material, malware, infringement, harassment, deceptive claims, or content you lack authority to share.
9. Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, misuse AI or sales forms, impersonate others, submit false leads, interfere with other users, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the platform for unlawful, unsafe, or misleading activity.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, course structure, software, branding, and authorized educational materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.
11. Third-party services
The platform may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare, OpenAI, Telegram, payment providers, and external product or protocol resources. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, correct errors, update protocols, and perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that planned or unexpected outages, delays, data-transfer errors, and third-party service failures may occur. Any waiver or limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not waive claims or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and additional notice where required.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atache Academy and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from platform use. Mandatory statutory rights and liabilities that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violation, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights unless a separate lawful agreement expressly provides otherwise.
