Information you provide
Account details, profile and language settings, course activity, test answers, orders, group content, AI questions, and callback information such as name, phone, email, interest, preferred contact time, and consent.
Information collected automatically
Security and operational data may include IP-derived identifiers, browser/device data, request logs, consent records, and necessary session storage. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled unless permitted.
How we use information
We provide education and protocol-grounded AI assistance, manage registration and certification, fulfill requests and orders, route consented callback requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the service when permitted.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by vendors supporting our service, including Cloudflare for delivery and security, OpenAI for AI requests, Telegram for consented sales-lead notifications, payment providers when enabled, and hosting/database providers. These providers process information for defined business purposes under their applicable terms.
Do not include client names, medical records, photographs, or other identifying health information in AI chat.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional marketing remains off by default. We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.
Your U.S. privacy rights
Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limit some uses of sensitive information, and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and security. Retention depends on the record type and relationship. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Children
The Academy is intended for professional and adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.
